Super tender meat at a fair price for Bogotá standards. I was just a bit annoyed by some miscommunication by different staff members regarding the dish I asked them when showing a photo from Google Maps as I ordered the dish based on what I saw on the photo but received something different. However, the good food overcame the issue.

Gordo Restaurant Have you ever been to this restaurant? I went to Gordo restaurant twice in Bogotá, the first one was in 2022, and the second one in 2023. It is specialized in beef. The restaurant have a modern and fresh style. The food has tastier and have good flavor. For me the best dish is the beef with blue cheese, when you eat the beef it melts in your mouth and you can taste the mix of flavors. The Gordo Restaurant has many dishes with beef and fish and you can choose wherever you want to eat. They have beer, cocktails, wine and juices. I recommend to eat the beef with beer. For me the price is reasonable with the food and the sizes of the dishes. It is a nice and cozy place in Bogotá. It is localized in Chapinero, Colina, Aeropuerto. The restaurant serves a variety of american fusion favorites combining the best ingredients of both Latin America and the United States. The Gordo Restaurant has score of 4.5 And definitely I recommend this place to eat with friends, family and a couple. Maybe I going to the Gordo this weekend.

It's the best hamburger in Bogota, maybe in all of Colombia. Also the filet with herbs and fresh house salad is amazing, I recommend you accompany it with a side order of mash potatoes and wash it down with a fine glass of wine or an artesanal Gordo Beer.
